Depending on the product it takes from 1 to 3 days to complete the order.

Shipping method:
Delivery in Ukraine
- is carried out by courier delivery «Nova Poshta» and it
takes 1 - 2 days. Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the product you need to
have identity documents. Payment for delivery- is upon receipt of the product. The
shipment is made on Tuesday and Friday.
Self-pickup delivery
- you can pick up the product by yourself at the address: Kyiv, Bakinskaya str.
41-a.
Please contact us first to confirm the availability of the desired
product.
International shipment
- is realized by «Nova Poshta», private carriers.

Payment Methods:
Cash payment:
Payment for the product receiving in your city - is in the office of the transportation
service «Nova Poshta». Important: the cost of post-payment is 2% of the product cost and
20 UAH per registration. In Kyiv it is possible to pay for the product while receiving
it in our office.
Non-cash payment (payment on a bank card):
While ordering the product or receiving it in our office, you can transfer money for the
product into our bank card using details

Exchange and return:
ВAll the products pass several stages of quality control – when manufacturing, sorting
and packaging. All our actions are aimed at eliminating any defect, description and
quality gap. We take product packaging very seriously and do everything to eliminate any
factor that may affect the quality of the product during transportation. We are, in
turn, responsible for the order until it is transferred to the delivery service. Further
issues related to the loss, delivery time or damages can be solved directly with the
delivery service.

Product exchange and return:
All the products purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine "On consumer
protection". According to Article 9 of the Law, the products of good quality (without
defects) can be exchanged or returned to the shop during 14 days, excluding the day of
purchase.

To return the product you need to comply with several conditions:
- the product hasn’t been used and have no traces of use (scratches, chipping, scuffs),
has not been changed etc.;
- the completeness of the product has been preserved;
- contact us at 097-992-51-08 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.;

You can exchange and return the goods:
- at our office in Kyiv, Bakinskaya str. 41-a from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 5
p.m.;
- customers from other localities may send us the products using the services of cargo
carriers.

Warranty:
Together with the product you will receive a warranty certificate up to 3 years on our
product.
