Ironing board – transformer is attached inside the closet to the side stand. The design is as compact as possible, since it fits into a niche with a width of only 9cm. The built-in ironing board "Rocket" is securely fixed, easily folded and quickly unfolded into a working position. The frame of the structure can withstand loads of up to 65 kg. Material for ironing base is at the customer's choice: made of waterproof laminated plywood (12mm thick), which is covered with refractory foil with a layer of four-millimeter cotton wool, or the base is made of a metal grate with two layers of four-millimeter cotton wool. Different colors of covers. You can order additional accessories: an iron stand, socket with cable (extension cord), a shock absorber.

• The side for attaching can be left or right (left fixing on the video). To determine the side for attaching you should stand facing the wardrobe and look which stand is more convenient to mount the board on. If it’s the left side, then you need the left fixing. (look at the pic).

• It is preferable that the rack which the ironing board will be attached on is strengthened with shelves.

• When unfolded, the board is placed perpendicular to the wardrobe and if the wardrobe is narrow/light and a lot of pressure is put on the board, then the Archimedes' lever principle may work. For safety reasons, we recommend you to attach the wardrobe to the wall using dowels.

• Plywood or metal grate base? Which is better?

If you use an iron with a steam generator we recommend a metal grate (it passes steam and dries quickly). With an ordinary iron, plywood is enough. It is waterproof, laminated and covered with a layer of foil.

• Which side is it better to attach the board on?

It is better to attach to the stand that has more shelves. The side does not actually affect the convenience of unfolding the board. It may matter for the convenience of using an iron stand.( look at the pic..)

• What do you need a shock absorber for?

For smooth lowering/folding (holds the board). Prevents the board from falling down if you let it go while opening.

• How reliable is the construction?

All the products purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine "On consumer protection". According to Article 9 of the Law, the products of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the shop during 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
